Summary:
The 4th Judicial District Attorney’s Office coordinates the viewing of physical evidence with either the defendant or the defendant’s attorney. After a case has been referred to our office by a law enforcement agency and charges have been filed, our office will accommodate a request for an evidence view from the defendant or his or her attorney. Once a request is received, an evidence view will be scheduled.
Evidence View:
The evidence view will take place at the District Attorney’s Office on the 3rd Floor unless the item must be retained at a law enforcement agency due to size or agency policy
